Anyone in school or out definitely knows how scary the trip to the principal’s office can be if one is unfortunate enough to have to go there. As the head of any school is often incredibly busy, one knows that this trip can only mean something very bad is lurking around the corner which provides for something of a very deep and dark scolding which can allow for a very painful and more ridiculous day in school. Today, principles are often much more involved in the disciplinary process as more and more students have become much more ambivalent and diverse in regard to how they behave in school. Of course, this makes things all that much more interesting to watch and see occur in everyday life.
The real life experience that most people are familiar with during any principal’s office visit is truly not portrayed much different in movies and television. With each principle being portrayed on the big screen, the more austere personality is shown through which with others they can be more goofy and aloof to what is really going on in their schools. Some television examples are actually quite impressive and provide these classic examples quite nicely, offering up an incredible twist of character and amazing appeal in the process. On the austere side, there is probably no one that can forget the incredible Miss Schlowksi on Kindergarten Cop as she was very tough and efficient on how she ran a school. On the more goofy side, there is also Principle Skinner from the Simpson’s, a bit more eccentric and aloof in character.
