    Handling Binary Files Using CVS

If you do not know or never heard about Concurrent Versions System (CVS), do not blame yourself for this is more common with big organizations that require massive changing, editing, and entry of data, which needs to be done concurrently. Well, this system supports the text file format, which is easier for anyone to use. It can also store binary files, which might require one to have special word processing software for one to be able to read and locate the changes. In the event that one lacks such software, you can only pray that the changes made are worth. It is important for one to store data in text files, which is much easier to use.

No doubt it’s a great software is good for concurrent data entry. I however think it needs so much knowledge on its use and it will definitely give a person with minimal knowledge on it a headache! I think this needs professionals but I stand to be corrected!
