This CVS document is currently free software and that means that one can also sort out or even adjust the stuffing as long as it’s under the stipulations of the GNU and General Public License as it is available by the Free Software Foundation. You can redistribute the software in any of the versions for instance version 2.0 or any other option of your option.

The manual document also describes how to use and administer the CVS and it is part of the larger work that is entitled open source development with CVS. All you have to do is see the instruction for details.
