Another Abbotsford Death from an Accident

Today, there are literally millions of people that die each year from automobile accidents. There are countless reasons out there why people are killed form what some would feel is actually a very minor incident in everyday life. What is perhaps even more alarming about these facts is that the reasons for accidents are actually growing in complexity, making things all that much more complicated and difficult to fix. There are families out there that have recently suffered the loss of more than one family member as a result of an accident which is not only very tragic, but also very disturbing and merely exacerbates the issue even further.

Such an incident has recently occurred in a small town called Abbostford in British Columbia. Six months ago, a family mourned the death of a pregnant daughter that was killed in a car accident. Today, they are now mourning the death of this woman’s father that was also killed in a car accident. Albert Jewell, age 66 ,died from injury complications after being struck by a car. What is more alarming is that the they were actually in the same accident. Six months ago, the daughter was pronounced dead upon arrival while Mr. Jewel has been hospitalized for six months, finally passing after severe complications from this accident. There were pedestrians involved as well as they were standing on an elevated median waiting to cross the street while the car struck the Jewel family as well as three pedestrians on the sidewalk.
